This is an excellent anti-fog for swim googles. I can't speak to using it on SCUBA masks. (I use a different product for SCUBA!) I have one suggestion. After application, rinse the hell out of your goggles. The first time I used the anti-fog, my eyes burned, and I had to stop swimming to rinse my googles.
